Ask a persona panel
Put one question to several personas and see their answers side by side.
How to do it
- Pick two to five personas.
- Ask one open question.
- Compare the answers, and note who had no evidence to answer from.
Tip. Each persona answers only from its own evidence. “Not in the research” is a gap worth closing.
