Ideate
Write a scenario
Tell a concrete story about the persona, grounded in real quotes, for workshops and storyboards.
How to do it
- Pick the persona, and the concept for a future scenario.
- Read the grounding line: how much of the story is evidence.
- Sketch the storyboard frames.
Tip. Beats that describe behaviour cite the evidence; connective detail is invented and left uncited.
